Underrepresented Minority Students

At Berkeley Haas, we believe that diversity enhances individual learning and improves organizational performance and we are committed to increasing the representation of historically underrepresented minorities in business education.

As an underrepresented minority (URM) at Berkeley Haas, you will join a supportive and ambitious group of students who are stand-out leaders in the classroom and in the community. Underrepresented minorities at Haas embrace the principles Question the Status Quo and Beyond Yourself—driving initiatives to support URM undergraduates and prospective MBAs interested in business education, and engaging the entire Haas community in fostering an inclusive culture.
