Management of Organizations

The school's Management of Organizations program trains students to understand how organizational design, strategy, culture leadership, compensation, decision-making structures, and other human resource characteristics influence organizational performance.

Students learn to analyze complex organizations--how to identify the causes of suboptimal performance and to develop and implement effective remedies. Coursework familiarizes students with the most relevant topics of the day.

World-renowned faculty experts teach courses covering creativity, leadership and change management, organizational culture and strategy, management of professionals, total quality management, executive compensation, managing high-tech firms, negotiation, global management skills, and Japanese management systems.
