Berkeley Innovative Leadership Development (BILD) is based on ten specific capabilities, all rooted in the social sciences, that are integrated throughout the Berkeley MBA curriculum--in both core and elective courses. They are categorized into three types of innovative leader skill sets: Defining Opportunities, Making Choices, and Building Organizational Capacity.
